IMPORTANT: Sale items and mystery boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping
• Once payment is confirmed, items are usually dispatched within 24 hours on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If any delay occurs, we’ll inform you by email.
• Our shipping partner is Royal Mail’s 24-hour tracked service, typically delivering within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
• While we appreciate your patience, you can contact us anytime on WhatsApp for shipping updates or queries. We’ll respond promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 4 to 5 business days.
Product Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. Shipping is free for customers who keep their purchases. For returned items, a 4.50€ administrative and packaging fee (our direct cost) will be deducted from your refund or applied before sending a replacement.
Returned products must be unopened, with original packaging and seals intact. Opened items or those with broken seals (unless faulty) are not eligible for refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective.
Please note, we cannot guarantee refunds for items lost in transit. Refunds are only processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned products.
